Privacy Policy — Draft
Last updated: October 6, 2026. This is a pre-launch operational draft and should be reviewed before accepting live customer data.
What RevoCapture processes
RevoCapture may process business account information, imported lead/customer records, contact history, campaign state, review-request records, call-event metadata, integration metadata, and usage/audit data necessary to provide the service.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for having appropriate rights and lawful bases to upload and use contact data and for configuring communication workflows consistent with applicable law and provider rules.
Data use
Data is used to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. RevoCapture does not sell customer contact lists.
External providers
Where practical, customers connect and control their own communications providers. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
Retention and deletion
Production settings will include export and deletion workflows. Retention should be limited to what is reasonably needed for service delivery, security, legal obligations, and customer-requested history.
Security
Production architecture uses access controls, tenant isolation, least privilege, secure secrets handling, and audit logging where appropriate. No security certification is claimed unless formally obtained.
