Service

RevoCapture provides revenue-recovery workflow software and related onboarding/support. Specific enabled features depend on the purchased plan and connected providers.

No guaranteed results

RevoCapture does not guarantee recovered revenue, booked jobs, review volume, search ranking, or any specific commercial outcome.

Customer data and compliance

Customers represent that they are authorized to provide uploaded data and are responsible for lawful use of messaging, calling, email, review requests, and connected accounts. Customers must honor opt-outs and suppression requirements.

Prohibited conduct

No fake reviews, review gating, deceptive impersonation, unlawful unsolicited communications, purchased-contact spam, or use that violates provider policies or applicable law.

Customer-owned providers

Phone, SMS, voice, email, and other connected services may be owned and paid directly by the customer. RevoCapture is not responsible for third-party provider pricing, outages, or policy decisions.

Billing

Live subscription billing terms, cancellation timing, setup fees, refunds, and founding-rate eligibility will be stated at checkout before payment.
